Sebastian & Co. has created this collar that has 2 layers of leather to make it comfortable and strong. In mostly black leather, the inside layer is red with enough on each side to show when worn. The corresponding 4 foot leash has the same double leather on the handle and at the clasp. Hardware is brass. Collar measures 14”-16 ½” around the neck and is ¾” wide.
